Mysore/Mysuru, April 10 -- Union Minister for Steel and Heavy Industries H.D. Kumaraswamy (HDK) visited Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hill in city and the famed Srikanteshwara Temple at Nanjangud this morning.

Kumaraswamy, accompanied by his wife Anitha Kumaraswamy, first visited Chamundeshwari Temple and later Srikanteshwara Temple, where they sought the blessings of the presiding deities. Kumaraswamy had arrived in city last evening after carrying out an inspection (window trailing) of Railway facilities and works on Bengaluru-Mysuru section, along with Union Minister of State for Railways V. Somanna.
