Mysuru, Aug. 21 -- Urban Development Minister Dr. Yathindra Siddaramaiah has assured that officials and staff found guilty in the erstwhile Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), now Mysuru Development Authority, site allotment scam will face disciplinary action as per law.

Replying to questions raised in the Legislative Assembly by K.R. Constituency MLA T.S. Srivatsa on irregularities in MUDA's site allotments, the Minister said a one-member Judicial Commission headed by retired judge P.N. Desai had submitted its inquiry report to the Government on July 30. The report has since been placed before the Cabinet.
