Mysuru, Aug. 31 -- A case has been registered at Lakshmipuram Police Station after a fake Aadhaar card was created and used to secure bail for an accused. The Chief Administrative Officer of the Principal District and Sessions Court lodged the complaint.
According to records pertaining to a case earlier registered at Bettadapura Police Station, Aleem Pasha was the accused.
On Dec. 20, 2021, Nisar Ahmed, a resident of Bengaluru, produced RTC documents relating to Survey No. 172/4, along with an Aadhaar card, before the Court. After verifying the documents, the Court granted bail to the accused and released him.
Later, when Aleem Pasha failed to appear before the Court despite being released on bail, a separate criminal case was registered...
