Mysuru, June 12 -- Karnataka Police Academy (KPA) Director Dr. N. Vishnuvardhana has called upon investigating officers to conduct thorough and precise inquiries into financial crimes to ensure that fraudsters do not escape legal action.

Addressing a three-day training workshop on the detection of economic and financial frauds organised at the KPA for Police officers from across Karnataka, Dr. Vishnuvardhana said investigators must have a clear understanding of procedures involved in registering cases and carrying out investigations.

A total of 31 Police Officers, including three DySPs, four Inspectors and 24 Sub-Inspectors from different parts of Karnataka, are participating in the workshop.
