Mysuru, Sept. 10 -- Rs. 45 lakh loan based on fake documents
Vijayanagar Police have registered a case against five persons, including two bank officials, on charges of allegedly creating fake documents of a site and obtaining a loan of Rs. 45 lakh from a Co-operative Bank.
The case has been registered against P.V. Srinivas, Prabhuswamy and Kumar Kiran of city and former Manager of Navanagara Urban Co-operative Bank at Hootagalli Shivakumar and Managing Director of Navanagara Urban Co-operative Bank at K.R. Nagar Suresh.
The case was registered based on the complaint from social activist Snehamayi Krishna.
