Mysore/Mysuru, March 18 -- He scalped 43 wickets for Nagaland in Ranji Trophy Plate Division 2024-25
City's Jagadeesha Suchith was honoured with Madhavrao Scindia Award by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for scalping highest wickets in the Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season during the Naman Awards held at New Delhi recently.
Suchith, representing Nagaland in Ranji Trophy Plate Division, scalped a total of 43 wickets in just six matches making him the highest wicket taker of season and was also adjudged the Player of the Match twice. In the 2025-26 season, he shifted to Uttarakhand during which he scored 454 runs with four 50s and took 26 wickets with two five-wicket hauls.
