Mysuru, April 28 -- An autism awareness walkathon promoting awareness, acceptance and inclusion was held in city on Sunday. The walkathon, which attracted enthusiastic participation from community members, commenced from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple near Palace North Gate and culminated at University of Mysore's Oval Grounds symbolising a united step towards building a more inclusive society.
The event brought together citizens, volunteers and advocates, who emphasised the need to better understanding and support individuals on the autism spectrum.
