Mysuru, Aug. 30 -- The twenty-first annual get-together of Jayalakshmi Kodava Association, Mysuru, was held recently at Kodagu Sahakara Sangha premises in Jayalakshmipuram.

President Ballyanda P. Uthappa, who presided, addressed the gathering on various issues for the betterment of the Association. He also stressed the importance of addressing the Malma Kundh imbroglio in Kakkabbe, Kodagu, at the earliest.

"Though many Kodavas like us reside outside Kodagu, it is our bounden duty towards our homeland Kodagu and the land issue at Malma Kundh should be a matter of concern for every Kodava irrespective of where he or she resides," he said.
