In a major goof up, Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Zonal Office-6 has allegedly issued a death certificate in the name of a person, who is hale and hearty, depriving him of benefits, he is legally entitled for.

Shivannachari, a native of Honakanapura village in Gundlupet taluk, Chamarajanagar district, had breathed his last, on his way to K.R. Hospital in the city on Apr.14, 2021.
