Mysuru, June 10 -- A 90-year-old man has appealed to the Mysuru Deputy Commissioner (DC) seeking justice, alleging that his brother sold the family's agricultural land without informing other family members and denied him his rightful share.
The complainant, M. Siddalingaiah, son of late Marigowda and a resident of Kurubarahalli, has alleged that 6.17 acres of agricultural land in Survey Nos. 112, 114 and 116 at Nadanahalli village in Kasaba hobli of Mysuru taluk were sold without the knowledge or consent of the family.
In his complaint, Siddalingaiah stated that the land had been leased to one Abdul Rehman alias Ameer Jan Saheb by his brothers Siddaiah, Siddegowda and Huchchiah when he was a minor.
