Mysuru, March 4 -- Former Corporator and Anikethana Seva Trust President K.V. Mallesh has urged authorities to initiate measures to construct swimming pool at Maralawadi lake area located near Kuvempunagar to meet the growing demand of the residents.

"Kuvempunagar is home for many educational institutions, business and sports coaching centres. With city growing every day, the authorities must work towards providing necessary facilities. Students, youths and other interested public have been demanding for a swimming pool in the area."
