Girish C. Hosur, Joint Secretary of the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, said that the days ahead are full of challenges for fresh graduates, who should be mentally strong to face the situation.

He was speaking after distributing gold medals and prizes to the toppers at the 18th Graduation Day Ceremony of JSS Women's College, Saraswathipuram in city yesterday.
