The Sri Lanka Navy has actively joined the nationwide dengue prevention campaign by conducting special cleaning programmes across the island.
In addition to the operations carried out by the Ministry of Health, the Navy has launched these special cleaning programmes as part of the coordinated dengue prevention campaign initiated by the Tri-Forces on the morning of 04 July. Accordingly, Naval Commands have implemented these programmes across their respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
