The Deputy Minister of Defence, Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd), chaired Public Day Programs in Anuradhapura and Kurunegala on 29 and 30 August, respectively. The sessions provided an accessible platform for members of the veteran community, their families, and the general public to directly raise their concerns and seek assistance on welfare and service related matters.
