Colombo, Sri Lanka, Sept. 5 -- Sri Lanka Air Force issued the following news release:
The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, conducted the Commander's Inspection at SLAF Station Bandaranaike International Airport today (05 September 2026).
Upon his arrival, the Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Bandaranaike International Airport Air Commodore GSN Priyadarshana, warmly welcomed the Commander and accorded him a ceremonial street line.
During the inspection, Certificates of Commendation were awarded to the following service personnel in recognition of their meritorious contributions to the Station in particular and the Sri Lanka Air Force in general:
