Vietnamese, Russian Deputy PMs hold talks in Saint Petersburg
Hanoi, June 6 -- Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko made that above statement during his talks with Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on June 5.
The Russian official reiterated that Viet Nam is among Russia's most important partners in the region.
He highly appreciated the positive development of the bilateral cooperation in recent years and acknowledged the efforts of the ministries and agencies of both countries in implementing high-level agreements and the Comprehensive Plan for Russian-Vietnamese Cooperation through 2030, particularly in the areas of economic and trade cooperation, energy and oil and gas, culture, and tourism.
