Hanoi, Sept. 16 -- At the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chair of BRICS 2026, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung led a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 18th BRICS Summit and undertake bilateral activities in India from September 12-13, 2026.
