Hanoi, May 27 -- Welcoming the delegation to Viet Nam, Phan noted that cooperation between Viet Nam and the U.S. has continued to expand positively across a wide range of areas in recent years.

He highlighted the two sides' growing parliamentary cooperation through regular delegation exchanges, meetings between specialized committees, and the sharing of experience in legislation, oversight and policymaking.

These activities have helped deepen mutual understanding and political trust while creating a favorable legal framework for implementing bilateral cooperation agreements.
