Hanoi, May 28 -- The event took place on the occasion of General Secretary and President To Lam's ongoing three-day official visit to Thailand.

The cooperation documents include:

(i) Action Program for implementing the Viet Nam-Thailand Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for the 2026-2031 period;

(ii) Diplomatic note announcing that Thailand's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation will assume the functions and responsibilities previously held by the Ministry of Science and Technology and continue implementing the agreement signed with Viet Nam's Ministry of Science and Technology;
