Hanoi, July 30 -- The MoU was inked by Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang and Albanian Minister of Economy and Innovation Delina Ibrahimaj in Ha Noi on July 29.

Addressing the signing ceremony, Vu emphasized the significance of the MoU which formulates an official framework for cooperation between the two ministries in the field of labor.

The MoU is expected to expand and diversify overseas labor markets towards a safe, transparent, efficient, and sustainable manner.

Under the MoU, Vietnamese workers will be guaranteed equal treatment in employment relations and will enjoy wages, working conditions, and welfare benefits in accordance with Albanian law.
