Hanoi, Aug. 9 -- In a solemn atmostphere, the Vietnamese delegation laid a wreath and observed a minute of silience in remembrance of Politburo member and President of the National Assembly of Laos Xaysomphone Phomvihane - a close friend of the Party, State and people of Viet Nam.
