Hanoi, Sept. 7 -- The top Vietnamese legislator made the above statement during his meeting with South Korean Prime Minister Han Seong Sook in Seoul on Monday.

The two leaders noted with pleasure at the fact that Viet Nam and South Korea have become top partners in terms of economy, trade, and investment.

Both sides pledged to double efforts to realize the trade goals of US$100 billion in 2026 and US$150 billion by 2030 in a balanced and substantive manner.

The two leaders agreed to boost cooperation in science and technology, facilitate Viet Nam's participation in South Korea's mega semiconductor and artificial intelligence projects.
