Hanoi, April 13 -- The top Party and State leader made the call in his remarks at the video-conference held on Monday to disseminate the content of the Resolution adopted at the second plenum of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.

He pointed out that for a long time, Viet Nam has mainly relied on land and public investment as key growth drivers. If this approach is not changed, it would become a huge hurdle for national development process in the next period.
