Hanoi, April 6 -- During the first 2.5 days, legislators will elect Chairman of the National Assembly, Vice Chairpersons of the National Assembly, members of the National Assembly, and Chairpersons of the National Assembly's Committees, Auditor General of the State Audit of Viet Nam; Secretary-General of the National Assembly.
The National Assembly will elect State President, Prime Minister, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; and the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
Under the Constitution, the National Assembly Chairman, the State President, the Prime Minister, and the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court shall take the oath of office before the National Assembly immediately after being elected.
