Jakarta, Aug. 2 -- At the invitations of Centre for International Law at the National University of Singapore (CIL), and Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA), Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, will visit Singapore from 4-5 August 2025. This visit would include delivering the CIL ASEAN Distinguished Lecture, organised by CIL, on 4 August 2025, followed by Keynote Remarks at the 17th ASEAN and Asia Forum, organised by SIIA, on 5 August 2025, respectively. During the visit, Dr. Kao is scheduled to meet with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan.
