Jakarta, Nov. 2 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today welcomed H.E. Francisco Kalbuadi Lay, Vice Prime Minister, Minister Coordinator for Economic Affairs, and Minister of Tourism and Environment of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on Timor-Leste's continued integration into ASEAN, including progress in implementing the remaining criteria under the Roadmap for Timor-Leste's Full Membership in ASEAN.
