Jakarta, April 21 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to ASEAN, H.E. Evgeny Zagaynov, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat.
