Jakarta, Oct. 15 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 15 October 2026, received an Honorary Doctorate from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) University in recognition of his significant contributions to strengthening peace, international cooperation and friendly relations among nations. The conferment ceremony was held at MGIMO University during the Working Visit of the Secretary-General of ASEAN to the Russian Federation.
