Jakarta, July 24 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today delivered a pre-recorded video message at the Wrap-Up Workshop of the "Enhance Victim Assistance Programme in the ASEAN Member States". This initiative is one of the ASEAN Regional Mine Center (ARMAC)'s projects, supported by the Government of the Republic of Korea through the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF).
