Jakarta, Dec. 8 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today delivered the keynote address at the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP) Seminar Series on Marine Cooperation: Marine Protection and Preservation, in Jakarta, Indonesia. Co-hosted by Singapore, Australia, India, and Japan, the Seminar was attended by East Asia Summit (EAS) participating countries. Dr. Kao underscored that the commitment to marine protection and preservation reflects the collective effort to ensure healthy oceans, secure livelihoods, and long-term prosperity.
