Jakarta, Dec. 8 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today delivered the keynote address at the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific (AOIP) Seminar Series on Marine Cooperation: Marine Protection and Preservation, in Jakarta, Indonesia. Co-hosted by Singapore, Australia, India, and Japan, the Seminar was attended by East Asia Summit (EAS) participating countries.
