Jakarta, July 21 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on the evening of 21 July 2026, attended the Gala Dinner for ASEAN Foreign Ministers and ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights Representatives (AICHR), hosted by H.E. Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Chair of ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting 2026 and Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, in Manila, the Philippines. The gathering provided an opportunity for ASEAN Foreign Ministers and AICHR Representatives to engage in informal exchanges and to strengthen the spirit of cooperation among ASEAN Member States.
