The Ho Chi Minh Monument, located in Ho Chi Minh Square, symbolizes enduring bilateral ties and serves as a cultural and community gathering site for Vietnamese people in Russia.
Earlier the same day, the Prime Minister also laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin, paying tribute to Soviet soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the Great Patriotic War, highlighting the shared history and solidarity between the two nations.
