Hanoi, Oct. 9 -- The top Lao leader spoke highly of the close coordination between the two Governments in implementing high-level agreements and the achievements in comprehensive cooperation, particularly in politics, external affairs, national defense, security, economy, trade, investment, culture, education and training, and local-to-local exchanges.

Le, for his part, briefed the host on the outcomes of his talks with Lao Prime Minister Saleumxay Kommasith, adding that both sides reached consensus on a number of important issues to further deepen Viet Nam-Laos relations and making the bilateral cooperation more substantive and effective in the time ahead.
