Hanoi, Sept. 13 -- Le expressed his pleasure to meet his Ethiopian counterpart on the occasion of the 50th founding anniversary of Viet Nam-Ethiopia relations.

The Vietnamese Prime Minister congratulated Ethiopia on its successful bid to host the 32nd Conference of the Parties (COP32) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 5th edition of the biennial Partnership for Green Growth, Global Goals 2030 (P4G) Summit in 2027.

Le spoke highly of positive growth of Viet Nam-Ethiopia relations, particularly since the official visit to Viet Nam by Prime Minister Abiy in April 2025.
