Hanoi, Oct. 28 -- Prime Minister Le said the visit offered both sides an opportunity to review bilateral cooperation and prepare for upcoming high-level exchanges, thereby contributing to further advancing the traditional friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.

Le reaffirmed that Viet Nam always wishes to constantly consolidate and deepen friendship and cooperation with traditional partners, including Belarus.

He welcomed both sides' efforts in implementing high-level agreements, including those reached during General Secretary and President To Lam's visit to Belarus in May 2025.
