Hanoi, April 13 -- Le issued the ultimatum while presiding over a meeting held on Monday to discuss ways to further streamline administrative procedures, business conditions, and conditional business lines in accordance with the Conclusion No. 18-KL/TW released following the second plenum of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.

At present, there are 198 conditional business lines and 4,603 business conditions, according to a Government's report.
