Hanoi, Aug. 25 -- Peng stressed that the Vietnamese leader's visit would help implement agreements reached during recent high-level visits, particularly General Secretary and President To Lam's recent visit to Singapore.

The visit would also contribute to advancing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership across Party-to-Party, State-to-State and people-to-people channels, thereby strengthening the political foundation and creating new momentum for bilateral cooperation across various fields, noted the host.
