Jakarta, April 10 -- The 13th AFMGM was convened under the co-chairmanship of H.E. Frederick D. Go, Secretary of the Department of Finance of the Philippines, and H.E. Eli M. Remolona, Jr., Governor of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
