Hanoi, April 21 -- The Committee is headed by Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang, who is assisted by Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Long as the deputy head.
Members of the Committee include Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Duc Thai, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Pham Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of National Defense Nguyen Van Gau, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Quoc Tri, Deputy Minister of Finance Tran Quoc Phuong, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui Hoang Phuong and Vice Chairman of the Government Cipher Committee Nguyen Dang Luc.
