Hanoi, May 12 -- The Committee shall be headed by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung, who is assisted by Minister of Agriculture and Environment Trinh Viet Hung as permanent deputy head and Minister of Ethnic and Religious Affairs Nguyen Dinh Khang as deputy head.

The Committee shall be tasked with conducting research and providing advice and recommendations to the Prime Minister on directing and resolving important intersectoral issues related to the management and implementation of the program.
