Hanoi, Oct. 17 -- The Committee will be headed by Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung, who is assisted by Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham The Tung, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Hang, Vice Chairman of the Government Office Don Tuan Phong as the deputy heads.

The Committee comprises a standing body and five subcommittees, including (1) Security and Healthcare Subcommittee; (2) Facilities and Logistics Subcommittee; (3) Content Subcommittee; (4) Protocol Subcommittee; and (5) Communications and Culture Subcommittee./.
