Hanoi, Nov. 6 -- Under the program, by 2030, all of cities will formulate and implement smart urban development schemes, gradually integrate digital transformation with green transition, while provinces will formulate and carry out smart urban development schemes based on their needs.
All cities are required to develop shared urban databases in accordance with their respective plans, prioritizing the standardization and cleaning of foundational data on geography, land, population, planning and urban infrastructure before connecting and sharing such data in line with regulations.
