Hanoi, July 29 -- The Program aims to ensure that all children grow up in a safe and healthy environment, reduce violence and abuse against children nationwide, and provide timely support for child victims of violence, sexual abuse, child labor, and those at risk of exploitation, neglect, abandonment, or other especially difficult circumstances.
