Hanoi, March 24 -- Vice-President of the German Bundestag Bodo Ramelow made the above statement during his meeting with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung in Berlin, on March 23, on the occasion of the Vietnamese official's working visit to Germany.

Ramelow expressed his delight at Viet Nam's remarkable achievements and rapid development in recent years, underlining that Germany treasures Viet Nam's role and position in the Indo-Pacific region and globally.
