Hanoi, Oct. 19 -- The State visit by General Secretary and President To Lam to Denmark took place on the occasion of the 55th founding anniversary of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and Denmark.

Building on the friendship, political trust, and effective cooperation over the past 55 years, the visit offers an important opportunity for both sides to chart strategic orientations for a new development stage and advance Viet Nam-Denmark relations as a model for Viet Nam's partnership with a Nordic country.
