Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 14 -- On the morning of 14 December 2025, H.E. Dr. CHHUN Lynamata, Under Secretary of State, High Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, attended the Friendship Running Event at the Olympic Stadium to commemorate the 65th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Cuba. The event, co-organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba to Cambodia and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, was presided over by of H.E. Dr. HANGCHUON Naron, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and H.E. Mrs. Milena Caridad Zaldivar Peidra, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Cambodia.
