Hanoi, May 28 -- Nguyen made the call while addressing the Viet Nam Innovation and Private Capital Summit 2026 (VIPC Summit 2026) which was organized in Ha Noi on May 28.

He stressed the need to prioritize the development of strategic technology sectors such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, big data, cloud computing, biotechnology, green technology, and digital infrastructure while enhancing technological self-reliance and strengthening Viet Nam's position in global value chains.
