JAKARTA, Aug. 11 -- ASEAN and Denmark held the First ASEAN-Denmark Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee (AD-JSCC) Meeting today at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. This is the first formal meeting between both sides since Denmark was conferred the status of ASEAN Sectoral Dialogue Partner by the ASEAN Foreign Ministers in January this year.

The Meeting adopted the Terms of Reference for the Committee and agreed to develop Practical Cooperation Areas (PCA) for ASEAN-Denmark Sectoral Dialogue Partnership, which will guide the Partnership over the next five years.
