New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- Access to quality education has been one of the most pressing challenges for the youth of Balochistan for decades. The isolation of Balochistan, the westernmost border province of Pakistan, limited educational and economic opportunities have often deterred promising students from reaching the universities that can help them unleash their true potential. The Chief Minister's Merit Scholarships for Leading PhD Programs (CMSPP) under the umbrella of the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Fully Funded Scholarship Program is an effort to change exactly that.
