Telegram moves Delhi High Court against India's NEET ban
Hyderabad, June 17 -- Messaging platform Telegram on Wednesday, June 17, approached the Delhi High Court challenging the central government's decision to temporarily block access to its app in India, saying the move punished over 150 million ordinary users rather than those responsible for leaking examination papers.
The matter was mentioned before a vacation bench of Justice Tejas Karia, who allowed urgent listing of the petition for hearing on Wednesday.
